Artists & Craftspeople:
 
Q:  Where will the artists display and sell their art?
A:  The Bergen Mall has a large well lighted Main Level. 
 
    ****   The Festival will be well promoted on the Main Level of the Bergen Mall beginning in mid August. 
 
Q:  What are the Show and Sale hours?
A:  Saturday, Oct. 16th  from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM (artists may choose to stay open until 8:00 PM)
 
Q:  What are the set up and take down times?
A:  Artists will have access to the Bergen Mall beginning at 6:30 am.  Set ups should be completed by 9:30 am.  Take down may begin at 8:00 PM and must be complete by 10:00 PM
 
Q:  What access do artists have to the Mall for set up and take down?
A:  Artists and Craftspeople will have access through Door Number 1 (adjacent to the Valley National Bank entrance on the Maywood side of the Bergen Mall.)
    
Q:  How large an area will each artist and craftperson have to exhibit their work?
A:  Each will have a space approximately 10 feet long
 
Q:  Will there be display racks available for rent?
A:  Yes there will be a limited number available.  Please call Peter Knipe at 201-923-7164
 
Q:  How is the Bergen Museum promoting the Festival and the Show & Sale?
A:  The Museum has a well planned promotion and advertising program that leads up to the Festival.  We will advertise in newspapers, magazines, and on the internet.  We have direct mailing campaign planned and we hope to be featured on Time Warner and Cablevision again this year.
